1. Playing on our servers, you must be aware of the rules.
2. Not being familiar with the rules does not exempt you from punishment.
3. Please note that new rules may be introduced or existing ones amended in the future. The header will always display the date of the last update.
4. The server Admins/Moderators retain the authority to determine appropriate punishment for players depending on violation and the situation which may include warnings, temporary, or permanent bans.
5. Individuals are accountable for all associated accounts. Any bans imposed on previous accounts will extend to subsequent accounts. This applies to both our server bans and EAC/VAC bans.
6. Engaging in actions intended to cause involuntary disconnection from the server, such as suggesting the use of shortcuts like Alt+F4 or console commands like 'disconnect' (the meaning of which other players may not know) is prohibited.
7. Misinformation, slander or lies about the players, administration and server is forbidden.
8. It is forbidden to impersonate as an Administrator, Moderator or any YouTuber if you are not actually one.

1. Utilizing, storing or advocating for third-party software, such as cheats or macros, to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited. Possessing a purchased subscription is considered equivalent to storing third-party software.
2. Using game/server bugs with or without the purpose of gaining an advantage over other players is prohibited.
3. It is forbidden to upload offensive images or any NSFW content to the signs.
4. Construction of large overextended foundations, 'skirt' type bases is prohibited. Minor violations will result in the removal of unnecessary buildings without warning, while serious violations will lead to a ban and complete removal of the entire base.
5. Selling in-game items or services for real money is strictly prohibited.
6. Adjusting the brightness of your monitor for improved visibility during nighttime is allowed.
7. Engaging in deceptive practices, such as scamming players during in-game item trading or exchanges, is not prohibited

1. If you are suspected of cheating and are called for a “PC check”, you have every right to refuse, but in this case you will be banned on all our servers. If you are not a cheater and want to continue playing on our servers, agree to the PC check and follow the instructions that you will be told by the Admin or Moderator. We commit to not storing or sharing any information unrelated to Rust or cheating that we receive from you.
2. Administrators and Moderators have the right to ban a player without warning and explanation if they have evidence of cheating or breaking the rules.
3. Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to ban associates or companions of cheaters.
4. Administrators and Moderators are not responsible for restoring lost loot.
5. Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to ban players who disseminate non-public information (Leaks) about Moderators or Administrators.
6. We do not compensate for any failures in services offered free of charge.
7. Attempt to fraud the Administration or Moderation of the server with or without the purpose of obtaining profit will lead to a permanent ban on the servers official page and on all game servers.
